The package is addressed to the leadership by name of CeISA(yes, I read the alignment forumand it's time I prefer to use working, so let's be direct here.) and I provided the phone number ofthe supervisory French intelligence agency hoping that would ease transit but alas, here we are. Here'sthe tracking proof so you can get delivery sorted either by contacting me or do a governmentgrab(I'm inviting you to), and receipt of whatever fee this was I had to pay to send 15 sheets of paper to you.
