Cleanroom ARM-P: Open Verification Release v1.0.1

Cleanroom ARM-P: Open Verification Release v1.0.1 is a bounded fixture-plane reference implementation and reproducibility package for tamper-evident evidence custody, schema-governed validation, deterministic evidence export, and fail-closed state transitions.

 

The record contains four coordinated publication components:

 

1. Specification and Protocol;

2. Reference Implementation and Reproduction Kit;

3. Evidence and Independent Audit Archive;

4. Open Verification Release umbrella package.

 

The release includes a signed Git history, a source snapshot, a Python wheel, deterministic fixtures, JSON Schemas, SQLite transaction and recovery controls, SHA-256 and GPG verification materials, publication manifests, and independent audit records.

 

The scope is deliberately limited. This release does not claim production readiness, an operational Judge, SRLM integration, real L4 capability, matched profile-control, differential witness, consciousness, sentience, personhood, life, AGI, or a complete operational ARM-P runtime.

 

The deposit uses a mixed-license model. Software, SQL, JSON Schemas, command-line tools, and tests are licensed under Apache License 2.0. Documentation and author-owned evidence are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International. Third-party materials retain their original licenses and provenance.

 

Public source repository status at the time of release: no separate public repository assigned. The archived source snapshot and complete Git bundle are included in the Reference Implementation and Reproduction Kit.
