Description

Replication pipeline and results for: 'Health damages from proposed behind-the-meter gas generation at US data centers: A fleet-level screening assessment using COBRA and InMAP'. Includes a single-file Python pipeline (btm_pipeline.py) that reads the Environmental Integrity Project's inventory of 74 proposed behind-the-meter gas plants serving US data centers, runs the InMAP source-receptor matrix for health damage estimation with sensitivity analysis across stack heights and capacity factors, builds EPA COBRA scenario files for three runs (2028 baseline at 2% and 7% discount rates, 2023 baseline at 2%), joins COBRA receptor-county damages to CDC SVI 2022 and EPA EJScreen 2024 for demographic analysis, computes permit-derived emissions intensities by generating technology, and produces three publication figures. See README.txt for dependencies and run instructions.
