The document details the findings of an exhaustive landscape analysis that evaluated over 50 unique energy applications, revealing a significant "Interoperability Gap" where current tools fail to support real-time grid interaction. To bridge this gap, the brochure introduces 56 co-created Use Cases clustered into six key categories aimed at transforming households into "Flexibility Heroes". By providing real-time, actionable data on costs and carbon impact, the framework fosters a resilient energy transition across 17 EU countries.
