Kick-off Meeting

This report documents the EPITA Kick-off Meeting, held on 12–13 May 2026 at CERN, which marked the launch of the project. The meeting brought together representatives of the EPITA consortium, governance bodies, and European Commission to illustrate project objectives, structure, management and financial framework, work plans, and expected outcomes and impacts. The event also included Steering Committee and Governing Board meetings dedicated to governance and strategic priorities. The Kick-off Meeting laid the foundations for effective collaboration within the consortium and initiated the implementation of EPITA activities.
