atmos_clim/thermo
Description
Thermodynamic data required for AGNI and other atmosphere modules in the PROTEUS framework. Data are compiled into NetCDF files (one file per species) and zipped into `gases.zip`. These files are provided with BLAKE2b checksums.
Compiled data
- heat capacity as a function of temperature
- latent heat as a function of temperature
- equation of state tables (density as a function of temperature and pressure) where available
- molar mass
- saturation curves where available

The compiled NetCDF files are generated using the ThermoTools pipeline on GitHub: https://github.com/nichollsh/ThermoTools
EOS data for hydrogen and water are also archived in this Zenodo record. They should be cited as appropriate. The CMS19 EOS has discontinuities which are smoothed in the compiled files, here.
