Pattern-Based Ontology: A Unified Framework for Fundamental Reality — From the Primordial Distinction to a Self-Organizing Cosmos
Description
Pattern-Based Ontology v1.0 — a unified framework for fundamental reality grounded in Spencer-Brown's Laws of Form. Reformulates the entire Autaxys research program (2025-2026) as a Pattern-Based Ontology, replacing the multi-component 'generative engine' with a single primitive operation: the recursive application of distinction-making. Core thesis: all of reality consists of patterns generated by the mark and enclosure primitives under Calling and Crossing reduction rules. Derives the Bridge Equation (m=omega), the ultrametric geometry of the Bruhat-Tits tree, particle taxonomy as Syntactic Token Calculus normal forms, and consciousness as self-referential pattern closure. Every substantive claim carries certainty calibration (AXIOM, derived, my conjecture, speculative, not yet falsifiable, PHILOSOPHY). Includes Epistemic Note with Map/Territory distinction, Limitations section, and explicit reformulation map linking to 11 existing QNFO publications.
