parlnet: v1.5 – Improvements and bugfixes

This release

• fixes minor bugs in some of the descriptive network-level attributes for Finland, France, and Hungary, and removes the dependency to readr for Switzerland
• removes all dependencies to igraph and tnet by losing the weighted centrality and modularity measures, which can be computed separately from the raw network data
• removes the unique dependency to downloader for Norway, which is replaced by a dependency to httr
• improves the code for Belgium, which now covers ongoing legislature 54 of the lower chamber; the repository now also depends on httr

The repository now builds 105 networks from approximately 393 years of data.
