Description

This dataset contains raw flow cytometry (.fcs) files associated with a study investigating the role of myeloid-derived macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) in regulating the tumor immune microenvironment in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). The study examines how myeloid-specific MIF influences immune cell composition and function within the tumor microenvironment, with particular emphasis on myeloid cell populations, regulatory T-cell responses, and antitumor immunity. The uploaded files provide the raw flow cytometry data supporting these immunophenotypic analyses.
