This deliverable presents the proof-of-concept for active citizen participation developed within the InterPED project. It describes the methodological framework and technical implementation of user-centred tools that support citizen engagement in Positive Energy Districts (PEDs), including an Energy Management Dashboard and a Demand Response participatory tool. The report explains the user-centred design methodology, user stories, software architecture, frontend and backend implementation, and the integration of physical models supporting cooperative demand response initiatives. The deliverable demonstrates how predictive analytics and digital services can empower citizens to actively participate in energy management and flexibility schemes within PEDs.
