Description

The TA-14 Independent Route Replay Reference Specification (TA14-IRRS) defines the canonical reference implementation architecture for replay-verification services implementing the TA-14 Replay Verification Standard.

Whereas the TA-14 Replay Verification Standard establishes the normative constitutional requirements for independent replay verification, TA14-IRRS specifies how replay-verification services ingest, quarantine, validate, reconstruct, verify, explain, attest, and securely dispose of replay packages through deterministic, independently reproducible implementation behavior.

The specification defines reference verifier architecture, service boundaries, public APIs, command-line interfaces, verifier capabilities, package intake, completeness declarations, deterministic processing pipelines, verifier attestations, deletion receipts, deployment profiles, maturity models, conformance seals, operational diagnostics, interoperability mappings, and implementation assurance requirements.

The objective is to provide a transparent, implementation-oriented reference specification that enables independent organizations to build replay-verification services while remaining conformant with the constitutional requirements defined by TA14-RVS.

This specification normatively implements and extends the TA-14 Replay Verification Standard (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.21373912) and builds upon the TA-14 Living Authority Standard (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.21364604), the TA-14 Continuous Admissibility Governance Standard (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.21364756), the TA-14 Runtime Admissibility Protocol (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.21365032), the TA-14 Consequence Constitution Specification (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.21365796), the TA-14 Proof of Restraint Standard (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.21366358), and the TA-14 Authority Passport Protocol (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.21381796).
