Description

The TA-14 Consequence Constitution Specification (TA14-CCS) defines the canonical constitutional language used to describe, validate, compile, sign, exchange, and preserve protected consequence within the TA-14 standards family.

Whereas the TA-14 Living Authority Standard establishes constitutional authority, the Continuous Admissibility Governance Standard preserves authority over time, and the Runtime Admissibility Protocol governs runtime interoperability, TA14-CCS specifies the formal language, schema system, compiler behavior, type system, registries, amendment rules, and canonical serialization required to produce deterministic Constitutional Objects.

The specification defines constitutional clauses, compiler phases, semantic diagnostics, evidence covenants, consequence budgets, inheritance rules, amendment governance, cryptographic canonicalization, schema evolution, language lifecycle management, and executable reference vectors for interoperable constitutional governance.

The objective is to ensure that constitutional intent is represented as a deterministic, machine-readable artifact that independent implementations can compile, validate, exchange, and replay without ambiguity.

This standard normatively extends the TA-14 Living Authority Standard (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.21364604), the TA-14 Continuous Admissibility Governance Standard (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.21364756), and the TA-14 Runtime Admissibility Protocol (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.21365032).
