Description

This publication presents Version 1.0.0 of the TA-14 Independent Route Replay Verification Reference Implementation.

The reference implementation demonstrates how a preserved consequence-bearing route can be independently verified without requiring trust in the originating dashboard or operator.

The verifier evaluates preserved package integrity, cryptographic signatures, route identity, receipt dependencies, ledger continuity, determination correspondence, binding, commit, execution correspondence, and outcome correspondence against the published TA14-IRRS-1.0.0 standard.

The implementation includes a public replay verification service, synthetic replay packages, a published verification standard, and a deterministic verification workflow. The accompanying demonstration packages include one valid replay package and multiple intentionally altered examples illustrating package tampering, ledger discontinuity, and signature mismatch.

The verifier establishes the integrity and correspondence of preserved records. It does not constitute legal approval, regulatory certification, operational authorization, safety certification, or proof that external evidence sources were truthful.

This publication is intended as an archival reference implementation describing the TA-14 independent replay verification architecture.
