Human Reality Compiler - Outcome Truth: A Human-Outcome Operating Architecture for Verifying Whether Technology Served the Person
Description
Human Reality Compiler - Outcome Truth (HRC-OT) is a proposed local-first architecture for determining whether a deployed technical service fulfilled its real-world obligation to the human rather than merely demonstrating that its software operated. It converts human purpose, constraints, service promises, burden limits, harm limits, and authoritative completion conditions into Human Outcome Contracts, service obligations, traceable requirements, scenarios, evidence plans, and post-deployment outcome observations. Its Outcome Nervous System compares promised and lived results, preserves conflicting evidence, distinguishes multiple truth domains, and issues bounded, explainable verdicts. The work is an independent technical blueprint. It does not claim universal truth detection, implementation, scientific validation, legal certification, patent protection, peer review, or production readiness.
