Description
This dataset features data of the associated study published in Aquatic Toxicology (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.aquatox.2026.107925).
To reproducibly run the code you should download the entire .zip archive and open the *.RProj file ideally with the same R version (4.3.2). To achieve maximum reproducibility of the code you should run renv::restore() to restore the packages recorded in renv.lock.
