Data Without Structure: Attachment, Alignment, and Compatibility as Preconditions for Cognitive Interpretation

This conceptual contribution proposes that cognitive data does not become understanding through accumulation alone. It introduces attachment, alignment, and compatibility as preconditions for cognitive interpretation, especially in relation to cognitive data, structure-first reasoning, and Human-AI cognition.
