A proven transformative technology to reduce cost of green methanol production

At the CO2-based Fuels and Chemicals Conference 2026 in Cologne (28–29 April), ICODOS' Ammar Hyder took the stage twice. On Day 1, he presented "Cost-Competitive E-Methanol Production Through Interlinked CO₂ Capture and Methanol Synthesis" as a nominee for the "Best CO2 Utilisation 2026" award. On Day 2, he returned with a follow-up talk on achieving cost-competitive green fuel production — and used the opportunity to highlight the BeBOP project to the audience.
