Description
SceneSim is a turn-based EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) simulation platform. A deterministic engine owns all patient truth (vitals, timing, deterioration, scoring); an LLM is used only to render that state as natural-language roleplay, never to decide clinical outcomes.
