iEHM-Orientational-Analysis

Description

Image analysis data accompanying the iEHM (innervated Engineered Human Myocardium) publication, "Innervated human cardiac muscle model reveals sympathetic drivers of KCNH2-associated arrhythmias" (accepted, Nature Communications). The pipeline segments vasculature and axons (neurofilament) in confocal microscopy stacks using two U-Net models, then quantifies the orientational correlation between the two networks.

Data Structure:

NF.7z : Training data Neurons [Images, Label]
VS.7z : Training data Vasculature [Images, Label]
publication_data.7z: Raw data used for analysis in publication
test.7z: Test data for training (3 raw stacks)
