CCPM Freeze6 Materials and Methods

Description

The Colorado Center for Personalized Medicine (CCPM) has recently completed a research freeze incorporating 140,623 individuals genotyped or imputed at 46,245,734 sites from samples genotyped on Illumina Global Diversity Array (GDA) or Multi-Ethnic Genotyping Array (MEGA). We aim to describe the methods for which this research freeze was built.
