STARS: Students' Thoughts and Research Symposium

Description

STARS – Students' Thoughts and Research Symposium
3rd Edition | 2025–26

The third edition of STARS – Students' Thoughts and Research Symposium was held on 5 May 2026, bringing together young researchers aged 10–17 years to present their original ideas and research on the theme, Understanding Student Misbehaviour: Causes, Patterns, and Classroom Reflections.

An initiative of the Priyashi Viral Kothari Institute of English, managed by Vidyamandir Trust, Palanpur, the symposium featured six student-led research papers exploring a wide range of contemporary educational topics, including technology in education, moral development, artificial intelligence, entrepreneurship, and stress-free learning. Through surveys, interviews, observations, and literature reviews, these young researchers demonstrated curiosity, analytical thinking, and a genuine commitment to understanding real-world educational challenges.

This journal brings together the selected papers presented at the symposium, celebrating the voices, creativity, and research potential of students aged 11–17 years. It reflects our belief that meaningful research can begin early and that empowering young learners to question, investigate, and innovate cultivates the critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving skills needed to shape the future of education.
