Description
We make Predictions as a gesture of hope that goes against the current momentums that trouble us: planetary harm, war, AI hype, viruses, despair. Doing predictions is an uncanny practice for STS scholars. The authors assembled in this series critically and creatively engage with what this uncanniness feels like, and how it helps us redirect our engagement. Volume 1 presents predictions from speculative ethnography to apocalyptic testimony.
