Description

Light- and CO2 response curves using the modified LI-6800 were collected from 8 leaves at the long-term Tumbarumba research site in April 2022 (Leuning et al., 2005). Combined gas exchange, PAM fluorescence, reflectance and transmittance (400-650 nm), and spectral fluorescence both forward- and back-scattered (660-850 nm) observations were collected for each light and CO2 level.
