EIP-AGRI Practice Abstract | Citizen Science Labs engaging citizens to transform food systems

This document describes the six Citizen Science Labs (CSLs) of the SPOON project, explaining how each one engages citizens across different European territories (Braunschweig, Thessaloniki, Turin, Bruges, Valencia, Pomurje) to address local food consumption challenges, along with the key elements and obstacles involved in implementing this participatory approach.
