Reproducibility package for image-to-coordinate learning in cryo-EM structural variation studies
Description
Reproducibility package supporting thesis analyses of AK, synthetic HER2, and experimental HER2 image-to-coordinate learning. The package includes public metric tables, a path-parameterized experimental baseline reanalysis script, configuration summaries, command templates, artifact manifests, and checksum records. Experimental HER2 results are evaluated against MDSPACE-derived C-alpha surrogate coordinate targets and should not be interpreted as direct per-particle experimental ground truth.
Notes
Raw particle arrays, trained checkpoints, and controlled intermediate data are not redistributed in this DOI package unless permissions are confirmed. They are identified by stable artifact IDs in the package manifest.
