Description
This dataset contains a processed DNA methylation resource derived from GEO Series GSE280465 through a Bioconductor ExperimentHub data package.
The resource is stored as a RangedSummarizedExperiment object generated from a minfi GenomicRatioSet. It contains methylation beta values, M values, copy number estimates, hg38 genomic ranges, sample-level phenotype metadata, and provenance metadata.
The resource represents the adult GSE280465 EPICv2 dataset: 163 samples from 47 individuals across buccal, saliva, dried blood spot, and peripheral blood mononuclear cell tissues. The data were profiled using GPL33022, Illumina Infinium MethylationEPIC version 2.
