The Structural Failure of Disciplinary Science: Why Nobody Saw What a Machine Found in Two Hours

  • 1. Laboratorios Alexandria

Description

This essay argues that the disciplinary structure of modern science has become a structural impediment to discovery. We present evidence from a computational epistemic system that autonomously discovered a formal isomorphism between eukaryotic intracellular signaling and variational autoencoders. We further argue that the dominant challenges in AI — hallucination, alignment, and ethical governance — have been structurally resolved through reverse alignment and executable constitutional governance.
