Universal CRTC: Context Re-validation at Turn Completion for Conversational Gateways
Description
Universal CRTC is a defensive publication and reference implementation of a host-agnostic pre-delivery gate for conversational gateways. After a backend runtime computes a candidate response but before transport delivery, CRTC revalidates durable inbound event state, filters later events through a relatedness predicate, suppresses stale generated responses, persists terminal supersede and merged-input state under a new anchor, and redispatches a merged turn with bounded recovery semantics.
The publication discloses a core algorithm, a narrow InboundStore host contract, sync and async adapter shapes, deterministic flat coalescing, loop guards, fail-open behavior, SQLite recovery helpers, and gateway/backend harness examples. It is published as a defensive disclosure, not as a patent application and not as a claim to generic debounce, queueing, rollback, interrupt, steering, transactional outbox, or broad conversational context management.
