Developing a Naming, Folder, and Metadata Structure for a Large Multimodal Research Dataset

This report documents data stewardship support for the Big Mouse Data project during the CARDS project. It describes the development of a revised naming and folder structure, date-specific context files, and a relational metadata database schema for heterogeneous multimodal research data. It also outlines the planned publication of regular metadata dumps on Zenodo as versions of a single record.
