Description

This publication examines how National Agencies implement inclusion and diversity in Erasmus+ higher education mobility, with a particular focus on national-level approaches, instruments, and frameworks. It aims to:

  • Analyse current practices and identify key challenges and enabling factors;

  • Develop a typology of national approaches, highlighting different implementation logics;

  • Propose improved frameworks to support more effective and coherent inclusion strategy implementation and impact.

The findings of this publication highlight both the progress made and the challenges that remain in advancing inclusion within Erasmus+ mobility. By identifying different implementation logics and proposing pathways for improvement, this publication aims to contribute to a transition towards more strategic, integrated and evidence-informed frameworks, supporting National Agencies and policymakers in designing mobility systems that are not only accessible, but also equitable, responsive, and sustainable.
