KomaMRI.jl: An open-source framework for general MRI simulations with GPU acceleration

Breaking changes

• Requires KomaMRIBase 0.12.
• Pulseq read/write now uses the new sys-aware RF/ADC timing semantics, so .seq output and roundtrip timing can differ from older KomaMRIFiles for RF sample-edge timing, RF ringdown, ADC dwell-edge timing, and ADC dead time.
• Zero-amplitude gradient duration is no longer serialized as an active Pulseq gradient event.

• Improved MATLAB Pulseq parity for RF, ADC, gradients, labels, triggers, rotations, and extensions.
• Added Pulseq 1.5 RF timing support and compact gradient timing handling.
