Cumulative Cosmic Folding Model: A Testable Framework

This version 2.1 of the Cumulative Cosmic Folding Model (CCFM) presents a testable modification to Penrose's Conformal Cyclic Cosmology. We propose that topological information is preserved across aeons, leading to the falsifiable prediction ∆α/α = β ln(n + 1) with β ~ 10⁻⁵. The model is testable with JWST, ELT-Andes, and CMB-S4 by 2030. Appendix B documents the use of AI as a computational tool for mathematical formalization only.
