Version 1.0.2: Minor update to PEX-01 Holocene dataset and analysis workflows.

Changes since v1.0.0:

• Added Plots_alkanes.R: consolidated script generating (1) modern plant n-alkane distributions by vegetation endmember (EM1/EM2/EM3), (2) the reconstructed precipitation δD curve with shaded uncertainty band, and (3) independent time-series plots of terrestrial δ²H and δ¹³C.
• Updated README.md to document Plots_alkanes.R usage and required input files (Modern_veg_alkanes.xlsx, dDprc_curve.xlsx, Terrestrial_isotope_curves.xlsx).

This version includes all scripts and data required to reproduce the NMF-based decomposition of n-alkane distributions, isotope reconstructions (δ²H and δ¹³C), and associated statistical analyses presented in the manuscript.

External dependency: NMF.m (Polissar et al., 2025).
