Cryo-CMOS Charge-Sensitive Amplifier for Quantum-Sensor Readout

Description

This repository contains the independent research manuscript and full supporting simulation workspace for the design and analysis of a cryogenic-CMOS charge-sensitive amplifier (CSA) tailored for semiconductor quantum-sensor readout. 

The upload includes:
1. The primary manuscript text (PDF) covering the theoretical modeling, DC operating point anomalies, and Level 1 SPICE limitation narratives across temperatures down to 5 K.
2. The complete hardware workspace zip archive (cryo-csa-readout.zip) containing editable Draw.io circuit architectures (Schematic-CM.drawio, Schematic-Ideal.drawio) and executable LTspice schematic testbenches (csa-frontend-CM.asc, csa-frontend-Ideal.asc).
