BRYOMOLECULES - D1.2 List of new liverworts collected

This report shows the list of new liverworts collected in the wild during the first year of the project
by LU team and its network of collaborators. As described in the DoA, LU will strive to reach a
total of 80 species, some (ideally around 40) to be analysed directly by transcriptomics and
metabolomics (WP2 and WP3) or bioassays and enzymatic assays (WP5), others to be used for
attempts to start axenic cultures (T1.3). Our goal was to include at least 80 taxa, but some of the
129 collections turned out to represent identical species after a secondary check of the species
determinations, that finally resulted in a total of 79 taxa.
