This booklet is intended for International Baccalaureate® (IB) Diploma Programme (DP) Physics students preparing for future STEM studies who wish to develop a deeper understanding of the mathematics behind the physical concepts encountered in the IB Physics curriculum. Mathematical methods of vector analysis, matrix, differential and integral calculus, optimization, scalar and vector fields, field operations, line integrals, Taylor series expansion, differential equations, probability, complex analysis, and Fourier analysis in applications to STEM problems related to kinematics, mechanics, fields, electricity and electromagnetism, uncertainties and error propagations, oscillation and wave phenomena, fluid mechanics, radioactivity and quantum mechanics are discussed.
