PhytoIntelligence 3.4: Multivariate R&D Framework · Forensic Pharmacology Specification
Description
PhytoIntelligence 3.4 is a research hypothesis and computational framework for forensic pharmacology. This version introduces a formal iteration incorporating nine critical corrections to the PI 3.3 specification, including a rebuilt Compound Efficacy Score (CES) formula, a defined 6-dimensional Diagnostic State Vector (DSV), a 6x6 Synergy Matrix, a Pharmacokinetic Alignment Score (PKAS), a Safety Interaction Index (SII), a Confidence Tier system, the CES-Weighted Mass Allocation (CWMA) algorithm, and a revised 12-step operational protocol. The document provides a comprehensive methodology for designing pharmacologically synergistic and safe compound stacks within a 750 mg capsule.
