This release updates the QTT capacity-law and precision-QED paper to the current corpus standard. It preserves the useful V2 core while making the source/readout firewall explicit: source objects are printed first, and downstream QED windows are opened only as audits. They may fail the source packet, but they may not retune it.
The strict same-device capacity identity is
\[ \left.\frac{\partial S_V(0)}{\partial T}\right|_{\rm eq} \frac{\kappa_{\rm th}}{T} = \frac{4\pi^2 k_B^3}{3e^2} =1.349172693\times10^{-30}\ {\rm J^3 C^{-2}K^{-3}}. \]
The finite QTT capacity ledger used in the paper is
\[ E_*=\frac{\hbar c}{\tilde\ell}, \qquad \int_0^\infty \frac{K_\lambda(\omega)}{\pi\omega}\,d\omega=\alpha_\lambda, \qquad U_{\rm self}(n)\le \frac{n^2\alpha_\lambda\hbar c}{2\tilde\ell}. \]
Version 3.01 separates the old five-window QED table from the modern theorem-grade boundary. The V2 table is retained as a reproducible prototype no-drift audit, with the printed benchmark pulls
\[ (0.44,\ 0.17,\ 0.15,\ 0.37,\ 0.03)\sigma, \qquad \chi^2_{\rm diag}\simeq0.38, \qquad \chi^2/{\rm dof}\simeq0.58 \]
but the current QTT standard is stronger. The photon-edge rail supplies \(\alpha_\lambda\), the electron/Rydberg theorem supplies \(m_e^{\rm source}\), and the full Lamb/HFS/\(a_e\)/muonium/positronium covariance suite remains pending until executed with no downstream retuning.
The no-retune firewall is
\[ \frac{\partial K_\lambda}{\partial O_a^{\rm exp}} = \frac{\partial\alpha_\lambda}{\partial O_a^{\rm exp}} = \frac{\partial m_e^{\rm source}}{\partial O_a^{\rm exp}} =0. \]

The paper adds QTT Onboarding for precision readers, first-release provenance, a load-bearing axiom/concept map, Artian's Universe source/readout framing, concept-DOI-only internal citations, current electron/Rydberg and photon-edge anchors, a sharper QED window status firewall, and the current AI-assistance and review-function disclosure.
