Description

The purpose of this article is to provide theoretical substantiation and development of a method for controlling the achievements of seven-year students on the theme «Water» using the online LearningApps service and its experimental verification. To control the knowledge, skills, and skills of classroom teachers, you can use interactive tasks created with the LearningApps service. Such tasks allow to learn in game form and to check the level of educational achievements of schoolchildren. It is important that this service allows you to publish your exercises and use the exercises already created by other teachers. The article analyzes the scientific contributions of practicing teachers and theoretical work, which substantiates the feasibility of the use of the Learning Learning e-learning environment in the educational process. The hypothesis is stated that according to the systematic use of various means of control of educational achievements combining both traditional methods and modern information technologies in the educational process, students will increase the interest of students in studying the school subject and, therefore, will contribute to raising their level of academic achievement. The research methods aimed at testing the hypothesis were selected: a survey of schoolchildren, a written questionnaire, and a pedagogical experiment. The pedagogical experiment was conducted in one of Sumy secondary schools in two seventh grades, one of which became experimental, and the other – a control. In the experimental class, the control of student achievements at both the classroom and at home training was conducted using the LearningApps service. While in the classroom classes, only traditional methods of control were used: surveys, chemical dictations, independent work, etc. It was found that the average score of pupils of the experimental class increased by 7,5%, and the control group – by only 3,3%, comparing with the previous topic. In the future, it is planned to continue to use online services in the educational process and to offer schoolchildren systematically to carry out various interactive tasks at the lesson and at home during preparation for the classes.
