sUAS Infrared Image Dataset for Photovoltaic Module Fault Classification

The dataset contains cropped image files (.jpg) of annotated photovoltaic (PV) modules stored in the associated fault type directories. The images are 8-bit gray-scale that are normalized to pixel values to 0-255 scale. The annotations were made on an orthomosaic of a PV array with a spatial resolution of 3.13 cm/pixel. The fault types (# of samples) that are represented are:
