energy systems, environmental remediation, agriculture, manufacturing, and quantum
technologies. This paper reviews the fundamental principles of nanotechnology, major
classes of nanomaterials, fabrication techniques, industrial and biomedical applications,
ethical considerations, safety concerns, and future research directions. The study
concludes that nanotechnology will remain a foundational technology for next
generation innovation, particularly when integrated with artificial intelligence,
biotechnology, and quantum computing.
