This paper addresses the long-standing Neutron Lifetime Puzzle—the irreconcilable 9-second discrepancy between stationary "bottle" measurements and translational "beam" measurements—by applying the General Theory of Correspondence (GTOC). Instead of treating the vacuum as a continuous, frictionless void, this work models the universe as a structurally bounded, $10^{122}$ deterministic matrix anchored to a zero-latency floor of $10^{-31}$m.⠀
By establishing the vacuum as a viscous coordinate metric with intrinsic baseline matrix tension and volumetric packing drag, the 1% variance observed in experimental data is identified as the deterministic hydrodynamic drag experienced by baryonic matter translating across the universal grid. We derive the kinematic drag penalty as a function of beam velocity and grid-shear, demonstrating that the 9.04s temporal delay is a structural property of the lattice rather than a systematic experimental error.
