Description

CF‑CHARTER‑B — Description (Founder Non‑Profit Version)

The Cogniora Foundation Charter (CF‑CHARTER‑B) establishes the constitutional governance framework of the Cogniora Foundation, an independent stewardship organization intended to guide the development, deployment, certification, and oversight of the Artificial Mind architecture.

The Charter defines fundamental principles, governance structures, safety oversight mechanisms, human rights commitments, anti‑capture protections, transparency requirements, intellectual property stewardship principles, emergency governance procedures, cognitive registry principles, and constitutional amendment mechanisms.

In this version, the Founder explicitly does not seek, and is not granted, any personal economic profit, special governance privileges, or proprietary claims over the Foundation or its assets. The Founder’s role is confined to architectural and stewardship recognition, fully aligned with the non‑profit, public‑interest mission of the Foundation.

This document forms part of the Constitutional Layer of the Artificial Mind Project and operates alongside the project’s architectural, safety, governance, and maturity frameworks.
