Active Internal Climate Control and Pressure Regulation System for Heavy-Duty Tires Utilizing Vortex Tube Expansion

This disclosure presents a method and system for mitigating internal thermal degradation (TKPH factor) in heavy-duty and off-the-road (OTR) mining tires. Instead of traditional external cooling methods, this system introduces an active, closed/semi-open internal thermodynamic cycle. It utilizes a Ranque-Hilsch Vortex Tube integrated into the tire’s pneumatic circuit to achieve continuous internal refrigeration without moving parts, leveraging the tire's own overpressure as an energy source.
