Alternative splicing reshapes protein interaction networks through structured, directional rewiring across cancers

This serves as the supplementary data repository for the paper, Alternative splicing reshapes protein interaction networks through structured, directional rewiring across cancers.

The repository contains a folder of zipped network files. Each zip file corresponds to a TCGA cancer type matched with GTEx tissue types.

Within each zipped folder, rewired protein-protein interaction networks generated using Splitpea are provided for individual TCGA tumor samples. For each sample, we include two network representations: an edges.dat file and an edges.pickle file.
