ZEE200: Zero Knowledge for Everything and Everyone @ 200 KHz

Artifact Evaluation update for CCS 2026.

Changes since ccs2026-ae-v2:

• Adds the AE appendix source under docs/artifact_appendix.tex.
• Clarifies Docker/frontend boundaries and checked-in .zk benchmark usage.
• Documents terminal-output parsing, including KHz computation from raw log values.
• Lists explicit ZEE200/ZEE commands and manual terminal inputs.
• Adds concrete SP1/Jolt reproduction instructions.
• Captures ZEE RAM sweep peak RSS with GNU /usr/bin/time -v.

After publishing this GitHub release, create a new Zenodo version for ccs2026-ae-v3 and update the artifact appendix/PDF if Zenodo assigns a version-specific DOI.
