ELXIR-STEERS D4.1 Customised programme on the implementation of training skills for research infrastructure

The deliverable presents a customised programme to support the implementation of training skills within the framework of ELIXIR. It aims to strengthen Nodes and equip their staff with key organisational, managerial, and training competencies. It contributes to building training capacity, with a particular emphasis on software management training, and supports the broader objective of strengthening the structure, long-term development, and visibility of the infrastructure. By embedding good practices and enhancing essential skills at Node level, the programme helps create more coordinated and efficient ways of working across the organisation.
