MLS Version 4 Known Data Issues in the Geopotential Height (GPH) Product

The ASCII file "known_data_issues.txt" contains dates and times for when users of the MLS Level 2 GPH Product (ML2GPH) for Version 4 should not use the data.  These dates and times of known issues are due to spacecraft maneuvers that impacted data collection.  For each entry in the file, it will include a description of the issue, the cause of the issue, the start date and time of the bad data, and the end date and time of the bad data.
