Bioinformatic Outputs and Genome Annotation Dataset for Rhizobium leguminosarum biovar viciae Strain D70

This dataset contains supporting bioinformatic outputs and genome annotation files derived from the genome assembly of Rhizobium leguminosarum bv. viciae strain D70.

The genome assembly is publicly available through GenBank under the corresponding Whole Genome Shotgun (WGS) project accession.

The dataset provides reproducibility-oriented files generated during genome characterization, including genome annotation outputs and results from bioinformatic analyses used for taxonomic assignment, species delineation, and secondary metabolite biosynthetic gene cluster prediction.
