Official implementation for the analysis in the paper: "The EDGE-CALIFA Survey: Star Formation Efficiency and Galaxy Quenching across 62 Main Sequence, Green Valley, and Red Galaxies" (Teng et al. 2026, The Astrophysical Journal). ## Summary
The repository includes scripts and parameters used in Teng et al. (2026) for analyzing the GBT-EDGE survey data. The README file describes the general workflow after acquiring reduced CO data cubes which can be downloaded below. Our data reduction pipeline is also publicly available here. Required data to run the scripts include:
- CALIFA Pipe3D cubes: https://ifs.astroscu.unam.mx/CALIFA/V500/v2.3/pyPipe3D/
- Reduced GBT-EDGE data cubes and/or maps: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.20707368
- Mega-table for all the basic and derived parameters: data-tables/galaxy_parameters.csv
